Let Fee (Managed) – 50% of the 1^st Months’ Rent

Managed Monthly Fee – 12%pcm of the monthly rental income

Let Fee (Let only service) – 75% of the 1^st months’ Rent

Rent Collection service only – 5%pcm of the rental income

Holding/retainer fee – 1 weeks rent amount
